If the above services are not enough, consider the compensation plan! It adds an extra quality attribute to the overall package. The basis is a 2X10 forced matrix system. What this means is when anyone joins the system she/he has only two slots for new members directly below her/him. This doesn’t in any way provide a limit to the number of new memberships anyone can sell. It does however prevent successful recruiters from hoarding sign-ups just for themselves. After she/he has filled the two spots directly below themselves, they must place the excess of new recruits under someone else who still has unfilled openings. In order that each recruiter is rewarded for her/his individual efforts, the first month’s payment from new recruits is shared equally with the successful recruiter. So if someone recruits say 10 new members, she/he would be rewarded a sum of 10 X 50% or a sum equal to 5 monthly payments. Monthly payments are $44.95. In addition, for all those new members who stay active and pay their second and successive monthly fees, the original recruiter would get an override of 5% of all such fees from her/his down line, meaning all is not lost when she/he places them under someone else. Further, when someone recruits 14 new members, she/he gets to re-insert themselves into the matrix by claiming a new open spot in the down line, thus beginning a new matrix all over again, and greatly increasing their future earning potential.

When a 2 X 10 matrix is completely filled down to 10 levels, it will contain 2046 people, yielding the person at the top approximately $4600/month based on the 5% over-ride. In addition they would get 50% of any new direct sign-ups’ first month’s fees.

To recap, for new personal referrals, i.e., people who signup directly from your affiliate link, you earn 50% commission on their first month’s fees and then on the next month and each succeeding month in which they are members, you get 5% commission on all the members in your down line whether you placed them there or not.
